PRM requirement and facilities as per Civil Aviation Requirement Section 3 – Air Transport Series ‘M’, Part-1, Issue III Understand the Interaction with Concessionaires for Better service to enhance customer experiences, customer satisfaction, full utility of terminal design and airport profitability Describe the landside facilities at an airport Terminal Cleaning and Maintenance Contract QCBC/ESS Use of Chemicals, Cleaning Equipment and machinery Explain key Standards and Recommended Practices contained in ICAO Annex 9 – Facilitation and in Annex 17 – Security and their relationship to Terminal and Landside Operations Target Population: Junior Executives to Sr. Managers of all cadres such as Operations/ATM/Civil/Electrical/Planning
